Updating review: Heard back from the dealership and they have now offered to cover part of our repair costs ($800) directly to our mechanic (HR Motorsports in case anybody is looking for a great BMW mechanic!). It is not the full amount of the repairs, however given the circumstances we do appreciate the gesture. They stood behind the vehicle they sold and were more than willing to help cover half of our repair costs. We appreciate their willingness to work with us on this situation after going back and forth a bit. They showed that they were honesty and integrity at the end of the day and I appreciate that, so I'm updating this review to reflect that.
Car that was recently purchased here was riddled with problems that were not disclosed upon purchase. I have a problem when somebody sells a car that they know have issues and don't disclose them to the buyer. You walk into these places ready to spend quite a bit of money on a dependable vehicle that can get you from A to B, only to be taken advantage of and sold a vehicle that needs several items replaced and work. That's the last thing you want when you purchase a "new to you" car is to realize it has tons of issues and learn that you will need to spend even more money fixing those problems before you can even drive it. That's even more time without a vehicle which you just spent thousands of dollars investing in.

I met with Charles the owner and he was very professional and very accommodating and a very nice guy to talk to . I sat with him in his office and it was awesome experience. NO Pressure and an hour later my AC was perfect and even better he offered the best price anywhere, NO UPSELL, NO PRESSURE. Recently went back DEC 2022 and needed full diagnostic and he checked out my car and had to clear some pop up codes & OBD lights. and again awesome experience , very fair with price. Huge shout out to Chucky and Brad for getting me right by discovering the Volkswagen dealership was doing me all wrong. It isn't your typical dealership, Brad explained it as a Car Boutique, different merchandise daily and other services that are done on premise. We have done business with Charlsbee twice now. I was looking for a car for my daughter while she goes to college. Charlie was super helpful and he found us the perfect vehicle (a Nissan), which was in great condition and even had some of the factory warranty remaining. The price was lower than I expected, and we have been very happy with the car. He also made the purchase and registration process very simple for us. Charlsbee also did a trade-in for me, and they were very fair with the valuation. The whole experience of dealing with these guys was really nice. I was very impressed and I'm happy to recommend them.

I had a great experience they were fast and professional and I love the SUV that we purchased! Brad helped me through the whole process and I couldn’t be more pleased. Put a deposit down on a car and unfortunately it didn’t work out because of issues with the credit union, but Brad was quick to get my deposit back to me and was communicative the entire time.

They did a really great job on my car for a really good price, I had a minor fender bender and they repaired my car for 40% of the regular collision repair. They’re really responsible too when they ordered wrong part for my car, they replaced it with the correct one to make it perfect. All in all I would recommend Charlsbee Motors to everyone!
Went in to buy a truck. Truck was legitimately perfect but timing wasn't great on my end so I ended up needing to pass on it. Charlie and Brad are as quality of folk as you could ask for.
